How do I get started?

  2. We'll set a time to meet and talk about your business and your needs.
  3. We'll then put together a proposal best suited to meet those needs.

 

What does it cost?

Cost varies depending on the size of your company and the services requested. Our clients have the freedom and flexibility to choose one or many services. In most cases, hiring us is less than hiring one full-time employee to take care of all the things we can do for you.

What do we need to get together to obtain a quote?

Just contact us! We'd love to meet with you.

Do you do business with industries like mine?

Yes!

How long does it take for us to get started?

Depending on the size of your company, the process can take from a couple of days to a couple of weeks.

When will you do our first payroll?

It depends on where we start. If we're taking your current information year-to-date (i.e. we are starting in the middle of the year and need to continue with the previous payroll/tax information for end of the year reports and W2 filings) it can take longer than if you and your employees are starting with Moresource like a "new employer" and all previous payroll/tax filings are handled like a different job. It's up to you to decide which works better for your organization. We can advise you on the benefits of both.

How will I maintain control/know what’s going on

Reports, reports, reports! We provide detailed explanations of all transactions. With Moresource, you will never be in the dark.

Will my employees notice a difference?

Maybe. They may notice that they have access to more benefits. But the day to day processes (vacation time, getting their paycheck, etc.) stays the same.
