During each New Year, it’s a common need for employees to find their appropriate printable tax form. 1040 is one of the most popular. During this tax season, you can help them by:
- Providing physical copies of 1040’s in your employee break area.
- Providing a list of local tax professionals that can help them accurately complete their tax filings.
- Provide links to printable tax forms on the IRS.gov website
- Letting them know physical forms can be picked up at libraries and the Columbia, MO post offices.

- The 1040 form is used for individual income taxes.
- The first 1040 was used in 1913.
